  • Can be purchased more than once by a single party, however it is limited to being redeemed to only a single party.
  • Gift certificate is non-refundable.
  • Only valid in service areas at the time of redeeming. Includes Sioux City, IA, Sergeant Bluff, IA, South Sioux City, NE, and North Sioux City, SD.
  • Current  clients cannot purchase discounted gift-certificates and apply towards past-month bill.

Prior to any scheduled month-to-month agreements below. An initial clean will be billed at $55 per half hour to bring the yard to a maintainable level by our team each week.
