There are no long term contracts or obligations. We only require that you complete the first months cost as well as any initial clean up costs associated with getting started.
Initial clean ups are considered the “First” clean up of a property. Generally we see a lot of these after winter and when a customer has a “build up” and needs an extra hand. See more about Initial Clean Ups.
We do not require a person to be home. However if you feel comfortable being home and would like to, just let us know in your order notes.
For one time or single visit cleanings including our “initial” cleanings we charge a flat rate of $55 per set of 30 minutes. View our general prices here. Some areas prices may be subject to change or travel fee may be applied.
We use a non-toxic biodegradable odor control application spray that we apply to your lawn.
Currently at this time Poo Sux is servicing Sioux City, North Sioux City / Dakota Dunes, McCook Lake, Wynstone Community, South Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff.
If you live in an area not in one of these locations, you can potentially pay per mile for travel to your area. However there are no guarantees and is done on a per instance basis. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
